Israel Garcia

Founder of EQUATOR MEDIA ENTERTAINMENT, LLC. (DBA) Bad Iguana Productions. Israel Garcia has been in the industry of advertising and entertainment since 2002. Garcia started his career as a Production Assistant on an Ecuadorian TV Network working in a TV show that allowed him to set his feet in the world of motion pictures. Since then, he made his way up experiencing every department as part of the crew members of them until he became the lead producer for his first movie with Jaime Rosero in 2008, DESDE ABAJO. In 2012 Israel moves from Ecuador to Tennessee, USA. In 2013 Israel decides to go to school to get his degree in the film program at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), graduating successfully in 2018. During their school years, Israel worked in different film gigs in and out of town while also working as a pizza deliverer and waiter to provide for his family. After graduating Israel and his wife created their own production company, Bad Iguana Productions. BIP has worked with different local artists like Jelly Roll, Goldy Locks, and Brooke Woods among others.
