Jose Mario Salas Boza

Jose Mario Salas Boza has worked in many audiovisual productions in his own country and the United States. Some of his work as a director, producer, and editor goes from over 310 biography documentaries in a Weekly Primetime TV-Show to an 88 minutes length Feature Film released in 16 theaters and seen by more than 10.000 people in Costa Rica. Also, he has directed, edited and produced more than ten short films and worked as a crew member in another ten more. His vision of positivism and romanticism is placed in most of his productions, giving to the audience values like hope, love, forgiveness and friendship. With a Bachelor in Journalism and a Master's Degree in Audiovisual Production from San Judas University in San José, and a Master of Arts in Film and Media Production from the New York Film Academy in Los Angeles, Salas has a strong versatility to engage the audience from many points of view and different techniques that develop in every project.
