Lizzy Joline was born on May 1989 and is based in Zurich, Switzerland. She is known for Who's the Beast (2017), Natalia and Swiss Break. She speaks three languages fluently; German, Italian and English. Although she comes from an artistic family, Lizzy's parents initially set her upon the safe path, the Swiss way of living. She went on to acquire an Academic Masters of Advanced Studies in Human Resources Leadership. However, she always wanted to be an actress and in 2015 she decided to actively pursue her dream. Though she knew it would not be easy, she has continued her pursuit with awareness, conviction and passion. She has since travelled around Europe, training with some of the world's best industry professionals. Her acting career began in 2016 when she was offered the opportunity to play her first supporting role in the feature film Natalia and before the year's end she had secured her second role as a supporting artist. Lizzy was going from strength to strength and in 2017 was part of a group of 30 specially selected professional actors to work with Oscar-winning director, Paul Haggis in Berlin. That same summer she was on the move again, this time to Rome, Italy where she worked on Who's the Beast (2017). This role was particularly significant as she had secured her first leading role. Always hungry for new, interesting projects and stories to bring to life, Lizzy also loves to create her own content and to collaborate with other artistic people. Once such collaboration led to the creation of 2019's The Untold (2019), which won 3rd place in the Drama category at the 1minutefilmfestival in Cape Town, South Africa. With ambition and determination she pursues her vision of breaking into the entertainment industry and gaining international recognition. She has made a successful start to her acting career and is excitedly looking forward to what the future will bring. Lizzy hopes to one day be viewed as a role model and as an artist, showing others the importance of following one's heart.
