He was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan where acting found him in 2015 starting as a thespian doing theatre before venturing over to Atlanta to make a change for his life. With his charisma, and versatility, Mike Merrill's appeal to Producers, Casting Directors and Writers intensified, leading him to book principle roles on major networks such as Netflix, Starz, CW, OWN and more.
