Austin Osmanski

A quick bit about me... I was born and raised in west Texas and my lifelong love for nature inspired me to pursue a professional career as an evolutionary biologist. I've earned my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in biology from Angelo State University in 2012 and 2014, respectively. I'm pursuing my PhD in biology from the Department of Biological Sciences at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. I was cast by October films for the Discovery Channel adventure series, "Trailblazers," in November of 2015 for my experience with genomic science and crocodilian biology. I also assisted in developing the vital scientific communication for Trailblazers, as the show focused on bringing cutting edge science to living rooms around the world.
