Margo Graff was born in Edina, Minnesota to mother Peggy (Woodring) and father Dewey Graff. She grew up with 6 step siblings and 4 parents whom are all Very Successful Entrepreneurs, and has always had a knack for being a business woman herself and entrepreneurial at heart. As a young child she was an avid performer, participated in school plays being cast as Ms. Frizzle in the Magic School Bus; to singing in the school choir, to competitive dance and other forms of art. After graduating from Benilde -St. Margaret's High School, Margo attended the Butler University Andre B. Lacy College of Business in Indianapolis, where she received a Bachelor in Business in Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Innovation with studies in Communications and Spanish. While at the university, Margo started two businesses through the College of Business, for which her and her team won the Top Dawg Award both her Freshman and Sophomore year from the College for best operating practices, innovative business model and original idea. Margo was also named Manager her Junior and Senior of the Butler University Speakers Lab in the College of Communications. Sprung from her love of public speaking, Margo then got into the Theater program at the Jordan College of the Arts in her final year at the university. Once graduated, Margo moved to New York to pursue acting and attended the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts where she received an Associated Degree for Acting in TV and Film. Since graduating, Margo moved to Los Angeles after booking her first Macy's campaign and has continued to work in all forms of media, including film, television, and theater. Margo also has become a major advocate in the fight against Human Trafficking. While living aboard in Spain, Margo escaped from a group of men whom drugged her and tried to kidnap her, she was able to get away as cops ambushed the men. However, some of the men whom where not arrested later tracked Margo and her friend down and jumped them on the street. jumping up and down on their legs to break them in and throw them in a van. Again, by the grace of God, Margo and her friend fought their way to escape. Since then Margo has worked with several major organizations to bring awareness to this topic, has accompanied Major Katrina Foley of Costa Mesa to an A21 gala and got to share her story Via working with Girls inc. After moving to Los Angeles, Margo dove heavily into Martial Arts, fight choreography , weapons, training for stunts and firearms to fight major PTSD, depression and anxiety, which ultimately changed and saved her life. She partnered up with Hayabusa Boxing company to promote real life strong women alongside Heidi Moneymaker and has been training for Action movies and stunts since. Her dream is to have a major action hero franchise and be on stage at Comic-cons teaching women about confidence, self-defense, mental health and self love. Rising from Trauma, Self- defense and mental health advocate; Educating young girls to be strong, smart and bold to end Human Trafficking; From Survivor to Thriver Margo also works with LA Style Magazine to interview real life female superheroes and how other women use their trauma and pain for a purpose to heal others through acceptance and action, and producing content under her production company TuffLove Films. Margo can also been seen on Seasons 2 & 3 of Lipstick TV, the only queer talk show for a queer audience that shoots out of Youtube Studios, with over 159,000+ subscribers. Margo has also always been an advocate of Love and all of its forms. There is no greater feeling than falling in love and having a supportive equal partner at your side cheering you on, no matter the sex or gender of that partner.
