As a non-binary actor, Ramsey gained widespread recognition for their role as the formidable young warrior Lyanna Mormont in the HBO series "Game of Thrones." They further solidified their place in the limelight with the starring role of Ellie in HBO's television adaptation of the popular video game "The Last of Us." Ramsey's performance marked an important moment, as they became only the second non-binary actor to receive an Emmy nomination and the fourth youngest nominee for lead actress in drama. Their diverse acting portfolio includes appearances on shows like "The Worst Witch" and films such as "Catherine, Called Birdy," "Resistance" and "Judy," extending to voice acting on the animated series "Hilda" for Netflix and the BBC/HBO adaptation of "His Dark Materials."
