Phillip Frederick Michael Masci was born on August 16, 1983 in San Diego, California USA to his parents Elaine and Tom Masci. He moved to Marietta, Georgia USA in 1990 at the age of six. Related to James Masci who born shortly after the family move to Georgia USA. Phillip did all sort of sports and hobbies growing up in a suburban part of Metro Atlanta. After high school, Phillip attended Kennesaw State University and messed around with all sorts of majors until he settled on Business Management. Phillip chose this because he read the book So You Want To Be A Producer? by famous film producer Lawrence Turman. In the book, Turman says that he got a business degree and fell into the film business but that what he learned in business school helped him. This ultimately fueled Phillip to finish his business management degree. While graduating, The Great Recession hit in 2008 and Phillip could not find any entry level corporate jobs. So, Phillip worked as a manager at a Wendy's in Dacula Georgia USA until he saved up enough money to go to Georgia State University and start the degree he always wanted in the first place, but couldn't admit it to himself. At Georgia State, he met Cameron James Khan who helped each other make student films and developed a partnership that would later lead to them creating a production company together. In 2016, Phillip co-founded Slient Frame, a Georgia-bases indie production company that produced Perdition (2016), The Wraith (2016), and Musical Salvation (2017). Made his writing and directing debut with Regular Customer in 2017.
