Christopher Nicholas Carrillo was born January 5, 1998 in Los Angeles, California, USA. His love for acting derived from his first love - film. At age nine, Christopher undertook over eight surgeries on his left leg after breaking it and discovering he had a tumor spreading rapidly within his bones. He was home-schooled for most of his childhood and teenage years and was introduced to classic films by his mother while he would lay in bed recovering. He began to be inspired by the art of storytelling and the characters he watched on screen. He would make films with the kids in his neighborhood as a way of exploring his artistic drive. He also started to play guitar and paint and became proficient at learning songs on the guitar by ear. He enrolled in public high school his junior year at Los Osos High School, in Rancho Cucamonga, California, where his primary intention was to audition for plays in their highly acclaimed drama program. Upon graduating high school he was accepted into California Institute of the Arts' Drama Division but instead decided to study in Los Angeles with teachers such as Howard Fine, Jean-Louis Rodrigue, Joshua Bitton, and Lea Floden to fully commit himself to the craft and business. He strives for versatility with each performance and takes his preparation and time on set very seriously. Aside from acting, Christopher is a an avid photographer and writer.
