Ian Russell

Ian is a British Actor, his first memory is of the stage. The musty damp wood smell you get in old theaters he went to when his mother was performing. From there he went through a typical childhood performing in school productions. After college he came back to the stage in local community theatre and performed at the Edinburgh Fringe. A career move abroad led to a long hiatus but in 2012 he returned to performing and in 2014 started to establish himself as a rising name in the voiceover industry. Roles such as Locke in Payday2 and Psyker in Inquisitor Martyr have allowed his character work to shine in the Videogame Industry and he has been nominated by the One Voice Awards as UK male Voice of the Year 2019 and 2020, UK Male Gaming Voice of the Year 2019 and 2020 and Animation Voice of the Year 2020 He continues to provide his voice to clients worldwide from his studio in South Carolina
