Having left school with unsatisfactory results i started work at a supermarket and went to college to become a motor vehicle mechanic. following on from qualifying with distinctions i fell into the building trade working for a builders merchant for awful money. i decided after 4 years to be the manager so i spent 3 years doing everyone's job better than them to achieve my goal. having become a manager i then looked to the next level however the recession and banking crisis hit and i shelved my desire for higher management. Having ridden the storm of redundancies and take overs in august 2015 i decided to pursue the things that made me happy, so i took up photography, paranormal investigation and acting in my spare time. Since December 2015 i have acted in both voluntary and paid roles The films are as follows The Guest, The Royal Flop, Unpopular Man, Tomorrow, A Music video for Indie Rock band "Other States," The Call ( a competition short film entry), A Very Childish Murder, Incantation (Web series) and i have just completed filming for a reality television series being produced by Peninsula films. In November 2015 i applied for the role of Colin in a short film called "The Guest" by Director Melody Wood and was cast. We completed filming in December 2015. This was a speaking role and it went really well as my first ever acting job. In April 2016 the local College Film Dept put out a request for volunteer actors to help them with their coursework production. I went along and read a few lines in the style of a loan shark and almost immediately was cast. I wanted the character to be Quiet but menacing as well as being cold and uncaring. This production was called "The Royal Flop" an filming began June 2016 and was completed in July 2016 In June 2016 i applied for a role in a short Film called "An Unpopular Man" by Director Andrew Leng. Whilst there i was asked to audition for 2 other directors. i was then offered the role in the film i applied for and also a supporting role in another film "Tomorrow" Next i applied to star in a music video for an indie rock band which i was cast as a snooker lad in a bar. this had a great fight scene. I then played the lead in competition film "The Call" as an American government agent. the next role was as a Detective Constable undercover in A very Childish Murder a film by director Nick Bloom. i played another undercover detective in web series "Incantation" Directed by Ntiarna knight. i have just filmed a part in a reality television series for Peninsula Films which they approached me for and cast me having auditioned immediately over the phone.
