Jube Charles is a first generation Haitian-American, from Brooklyn, NY. He was raised in Miami, Florida where he attended the prestigious New World School of The Arts. Jube then returned to New York to pursue acting. He auditioned for and was accepted into the Repertory School of The Performing Arts. While pursuing his acting career, Jube began performing spoken word poetry which gave him a creative edge while performing on stage and served as an advantage while writing stage and screen plays. Jube is a produced playwright and a member of the advisory board for New Federal Theatre, founded by the legendary Woodie King Jr. He is also the principal writer of an upcoming TV series, executive produced by Michael A. Pinkney.
