Caroline DeGrave is a film producer based out of LA and the co-owner of Firefly 55 Films alongside her partner, Leon Raymond Mitchell. Caroline and Leon formed the company in June of 2020. The feature film, Coffeeville Mississippi, was their first film to go into production and they have several films slated for development. Caroline began her career in film as an actress in 2016 when she was cast in a western feature. The experience prompted her to produce her short film, Real Smile, which premiered at the Idyllwild International Festival of Film (IIFC) in January of 2017. Real Smile also earned her the Special Mention award at the One-Reeler film competition in LA (2017). Caroline then used her short film as a launchpad to getting more roles and producer credits. Alongside other features, she appeared in the web-series, Manny's Garage Sale directed by Josh Mitchell, in which she plays the role of Heidi. Caroline went on to work in short films, internet advertising, music videos (Demi Lovato), television productions (CBS's Seal Team), and print modeling. In 2019, Caroline was asked to be part of a producing team for a Ugandan production called Sarai: Strength of a Woman. There, she played a small role and received her first Executive Producer credit. Also, in 2019, she was offered a small role in The Butcher (Michael Moutsatsos) and then was given producer credit for helping to secure the film's distribution. The Butcher has won several awards in the horror community and continues to have success. Caroline continues to produce with Michael on his films, the next of which is Amityville Legend (2021). Caroline since has had a few more acting roles but she remains focused on producing films. .
