Alun ap Brinley

Alun ap Brinley was born on January 16, 1961 in Brecon, Powys, Wales, UK. He is an actor, known for The Indian Doctor (2010 -13), Keeping Faith (2017) and Coronation Street(2021). A fluent Welsh speaker, Alun jointly lead 7 series of S4C's, Iechyd Da, (1996 - 2003), 3 series of Rose d'Or winning drama series, Con Passionate, (2004-2010) and was a resident character in the BBC/S4C soap opera, Pobol y Cwm, for 10 years between 2010 - 2020. In his early career he also appeared in, The Mimosa Boys, The District Nurse, and numerous other plays and series. He has been married to Grammy winning songwriter, Amy Wadge, since October 27, 2001.
