Ken Brett was the consummate journeyman baseball player, taking part in 14 seasons with 10 different teams. A baseball star at El Segundo (Calif.) High School, Brett was drafted while in school by the Boston Red Sox. Brett's journey began at Fenway Park (Boston) and covered most of the continental United States as he played in both the American and National leagues, and ended at Kansas City as a teammate of his brother, Hall of Fame great George Brett.
