Jarrod Bunch was an outstanding athelete that earned a football scholarship to attend the University of Michigan. An all-american running back, he was drafted in the first round of the NFL draft by the New York Giants in 1991. He went to the Raiders in 1994 and and retired from the NFL in 1995. He attended the Actor's Institute in New York City and shortly after began auditioning. His first break was playing George Foreman in, Don King: Only in America (1997).
