Jesper started hosting radio in 1983, at ''Radio Herning''. He was then headhunted to become Denmark's youngest Head of Program's for the ambitious Copenhagen based "Radio Uptown", where he also hosted the "Morning Show". After a stint as reporter on Denmarks biggest Music Magazine "Mix", he signed with Denmark's biggest Broadcaster "DR" and debuted on Radio P3 in 1988. Here he came to be one of the most recognizable hosts for the next 10 years, creating and hosting a large range of programs. In 1993 he crossed to TV and was given his own show in 1996. Going back and forth between TV and Radio, he started his own production company in 1998 "FM Production" and carried on hosting his own created shows for both radio and TV. In 2002 he and his wife, Mette Lisby (married in Singapore 2001) created the best selling board game of the year in Denmark and have since created numerous more under their joint label "NoDiceBoardGames". In 2004 Jesper and Mette moved to London to pursue an International career as creators of concepts for Radio, TV, Web, Mobile and Games - and at the same time writing for International acts such as Stephen K. Amos and in 2009 the couple created and wrote the Scandinavian version of Disney sit-com "As The Bell Rings", which will premiere in 2010. As a couple they now own a joint company "VIVE Productions" which has also created and produced other programs for Danish Television.
