Jim Brooks

Brooks was raised in the slums of Philadelphia, but he always dreamed of making his mark on the world. At the tender age of 16, he worked on his first film, a short film entitled "Good Will Hippie." That's when he got the bug. He went on to attend Temple University as a film major, where he honed his skills as a writer, director, and actor. He moved to Hollywood for some time, but finding only unrewarding television guest appearances, he began moving around the country, acting in small independant films. Recently, he moved back to Philadelphia where he his working on his latest film.
