“Acting is not just a job, it's a way of personal exploration and understanding the world from different perspectives.” He studied at the California Institute of the Arts. He began his acting career with performances in television series, and in 1995 he played Mouse Alexander in the film Devil in a Blue Dress. This role opened the doors to the world of film, allowing him to develop a wide repertoire of performances. Throughout his career, he has won a Golden Globe Award for Best Actor and Best Supporting Actor, two Screen Actors Guild Awards for Best Supporting Actor and a BAFTA for Best Supporting Actor. In addition to his acting career, he plays the saxophone and also writes and composes music.
