David Knoller

David Knoller is a director, producer and writer, known for such one hour dramas as Power (Starz), Big Love (HBO) and Freaks & Geeks (NBC/Dreamworks). While starting as an actor and director in Los Angeles, he segued into producing live TV stand-up specials & reality shows such as HBO's One Night Stands and scripted programming for CBS and HBO, helping start HBO Independent Productions supervising comedies Martin and Roc. After a quick stint running AMC Original Programming in New York, he moved back to Los Angeles, directing and producing scripted series through Knollwood Productions. He recently produced the The One Percent with Alejandro Iñárritu and Alex Dinelaris for Starz, Lovecraft Country for JJ Abrams and Jordan Peele , and Here & Now with Alan Ball while developing series for premium cable and streaming services.
