Philip Altice

Philip was born on a cold winter day in late January 1971. Philip's parents are Peter P Altice of Creston, Iowa and Mary H Kirby of Atlanta, Georgia. He graduated from Upland High School in 1989. He has been a owner/manager of several apartment properties in the Atlanta area.
