Originally from Long Island, NY Seth studied acting at an early age and was already performing repertory at The Theatre Work Shop in New York before graduating from The Baltimore School for the Arts, a contemporary of both Jada Pinkett Smith and Tupac Shakur, who was also a personal friend. After studying at the School of Visual Arts NYC (Film Dept), Seth performed Off-Broadway in "Box Office Poison" with The Red Light District Theatre, and also worked with The Naked Angels Theatre in Manhattan. His visionary screenplay "Waiters," written by Mr. Bloom at this time, was in development at Miramax Films and later optioned by independent producers. Seth stands out as a "Space Monkey" in the movie Fight Club, but by the mid-2000's had moved to Montana and committed to stint in the family publishing business (Pimlico Book Company) as a Creative Director where he innovated new formats, and increased sales into the millions. Turning back towards entertainment, Mr. Bloom engaged a course of Independent Study in Media/Special Effects/Digital Animation at the University of Montana. Regional theatre across NW Montana also became a passion, and stints as Billy Flynn in "Chicago" (a theatrical break-out role for Fool's Theatre, in Hamilton), and Father Flynn in the critically acclaimed "Doubt", proved artistically pivotal. Most notably, Seth Allman Bloom was the President and CEO of The Montana Film Studios, a consortium headed by him in an ambitious post-recession plan to pair a large-scale performance venue and full-scale, state-of-the-art film and television production facility in a 17MM bid in Missoula circa 2014. Unfortunately, timing and other concerns put the project in deep storage however the innovative research was ahead of its time, and as twice the recipient of the "Big Sky Trust Fund", it continues to inspire to this day. Seth has recently been acting, writing, and study in Los Angeles; full-time back in show business since 2016, and poised to produce a dramatic, Montana-themed pilot for television/streaming content provider. Seth also plays a quintessential, cameo role as "Lenny the Bartender" in a new feature for a major streaming service coming out in 2021.
