TD Antoine Director-Actor-Producer For nearly half his life time TD has been in front of or behind the scenes in film, daytime and primetime television series. It's been twenty years and his talents have taken him from the small screens of Atlanta to the big screen of Los Angeles, to the stages and small screens of New York. From national commercials to a recurring role on several of daytime's top rated television series "Days Of Our Lives","Guiding Light", "As The World Turns", and " All My Children" to a feature in the block buster film "Independence Day" alongside Will Smith and Harry Connick Jr. Additionally, TD has also earned the lead role in several plays from Atlanta and Los Angeles to New York to include but not be limited to: "Godmother", "Harlem Café", Under the Moon", "Privileges", "Homecoming", "Panthers" and "Old Flames" Returning to his home state of Louisiana TD moved to New Orleans and began his work behind the scene in films. Starting with "Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins" and then briefly returning to New York to work behind the scenes of director Spike Lee's "Miracle at St. Anna" and then the Oscar nominated film "Precious" directed by Oscar nominated Lee Denials. Then in 2008, TD began developing his own film projects for the big screen. TD's ability to tell prolific stories hasn't gone unnoticed. Since October of 2010, TD's stories have won fifteen film festivals awards. Some of which are: Winner "Rising Star" award Canada Int'l Film Festival, Winner "Award of Merit" Los Angeles Cinema Festival, "Best Screenplay "selection Beverly Hills Film Festival, Winner "Best Screenplay" Urban Mediamaker Film Festival, Winner "Honorable Mention" California Film Awards and Winner "Honorable Mention" Los Angeles Movie Awards. Best Screenplay Urban Media Makers Film festival for "The Olive Branch', A Rising Star Award Canada Int'l Film Festival for One More River To Cross' and An Award of Merit from the Los Angeles Cinema Festival of Hollywood for "One More River To Cross". More recently, "Beyond Galilee" a documentary that provides a critical examination of Shreveport's role in the national Civil Rights movement that TD directed and co-produced has won the following awards: "Best Documentary" Largo Film Awards of Switzerland, "Best Documentary Official Finalist" Social Machinery Film Festival of Italy, "Best Documentary Official Finalist" Rome Prisma Film Awards, "Best Documentary Official Finalist" Louisiana International Film Festival, "Best Documentary Official Finalist" Williamsburg International Film Festival. Through recently discovered video and audio recordings, "Beyond Galilee" offers a rare opportunity to experience the power and command of Dr.King. Additionally, He is the writer, producer and director of "State Of Flux" a short film focusing on an unconscious ideologies of a race of people. He has recently worked behind the scenes with Sanaa Lathan on "Nappily Ever After", Jack Black and Cate Blanchett in " A House With A Clock in the Walls", " Love Is ", "Just Mercy " and "Ambitions". T D's gifted ability to tell compelling original stories will serve him well for years to come.
