Paul Baker

After graduating from Rhode Island College, Paul lived in Miami, where he cut is teeth on film sets. Soon he wrote and directed the short film Elevator Music. The thriller won an award at its debut festival. A move to Los Angeles was next, where Paul continued to hone his craft; directing the short drama Chance, a five time festival winner, noir Bedtime Story, sold to Atomfilms.com, and the sci-fi Advent, a two time festival winner. In between films, Paul has directed local LA commercials, web spots, and music videos. In the fall of 2015, he was hired by production company Wowmi to direct corporate web commercials for New York Life Insurance Co., Keller Williams Realty, and Apex Systems. 700 corporate spots later, Paul wrote and directed the short comedic drama, The Boxer, which will be playing the 2018 film festival circuit.
