John Demy

John Paul Demy was born on May 6, 1947 in Cleveland, Ohio. The son of John and Anna Demy, Demy was raised in Rocky River, Cleveland, Ohio. An immensely popular student in high school, John excelled in diving competitions and was nicknamed "Gazelle" for his lightning speed in track and field. Demy attended Bowling Green State University as a theater major. Following graduation from college, John moved to Southern California in his early twenties to pursue an acting career. Demy met his wife Patricia O'Malley while in Southern California. Moreover, John was a lifetime member of the Screen Actors Guild and acted in both films and TV shows in a career that spanned several decades. His favorite pastime was eating perogies while watching the Cleveland Browns play on television. Demy died at age 75 on September 19, 2022 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
