Emma-Rosa Dias is an IFTA-nominated Producer and Director from Belfast, Northern Ireland. She first became known for presenting BBC's Dinner Next Door and as a cast member of Channel 4's first British Reality TV show, Shipwrecked (TV series) in 2000, with a successful career behind the scenes in TV advertising following this. Emma-Rosa is the Managing Director of the production company, Afro-Mic Productions, which produces popular factual programmes, documentaries, commercials and drama. As well as the acclaimed For The Love of Mod series, downloaded in over 100 countries, Emma-Rosa has produced and directed programmes for Channel 4 and BBC, along with several successful ad campaigns. Afro-Mic's first drama production, Cry Rosa, earned Emma-Rosa an Irish Film & Television Award (IFTA) nomination for Best Short Film in 2018. Emma-Rosa's objective for Afro-Mic is to concentrate on producing high quality films and documentaries with a unique, personal touch.
