Ken was born in Japan and immigrated to the United States in the 70s. He graduated from San Jose State University in 1985 with a degree in Marketing. His breakthrough year was in 1986 in the entertainment industry when he booked 4 commercials, listed in the (other works) and worked on a film, TV episodic series and a sitcom. Ken had a stint in stand up comedy in the mid-90s."Hot Rodding with Mom," "Wannabe chiropractor," "Bris!Mom the Mohel." were some of his routines. He has performed in such places as the The Improv, The Laugh Factory, New York City Cabaret (L.A.) and Gardenia Club in Los Angeles. His proudest accomplishments were working with greats such as Charlton Heston, Rance Howard,Jack Lemmon, Michael Douglas, Steven Spielberg, Tony Scott, Ridley Scott, Robert Altman. Ken has starred in feature films,dramatic series,sitcoms and over 80+ commercials, (listed in other works section)voice work for video games,radio spots as well as feature films and TV shows.
