LeAnna was raised in Yorba Linda, California. The youngest of three, she comes from an Irish, Scottish, and Cherokee background. Soon after high school graduation, she moved to San Diego to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. LeAnna was a member of the National Honor's Society, and graduated college at the age of 21. While still living in San Diego, she began commuting to Los Angeles, to study at the Beverly Hills Playhouse, where she stayed for a year and a few months. (Since then, she's studied at Larry Moss Studios, Margie Haber, Ivana Chubbuck, Brian Reese and several others). After some time of paying dues, and not being paid in return, LeAnna decided to get out of the waitressing rut and do something more fulfilling. She got her teaching credential and began life as an inner-city teacher. After the first few days, she realized that South Central and East L.A. was definitely where she wanted to stay. Instead of going to school everyday and going through the motions, she wanted to make a difference in somebody's life. She still teaches to this day (as a substitute in regular and Special Ed.), and plans on being active with inner-city children throughout the rest of her life. LeAnna had a break in 2004, where she booked the role of "Catwoman" in the National and International commercial for the Catwoman Video Game. She rounded out the rest of 2004, doing a few independent features, a lead in a USC film, a play at the McCadden Place Theatre, and several print campaigns. In the first few months of 2005, she had already had guest appearances on the hit series The O.C. (2003) and NBC's one-hour drama, Medical Investigation (2004). This biography has really just begun.
