Carlotta Cerquetti

Carlotta Cerquetti is an Italian director, filmmaker and photographer. She started as assistant to New York photographer Hiro (Yasuhiro Wakabayashi) and then worked as a photographer for Mondadori Publishing House and on film sets. In 1994 she earned a Certificate in Filmmaking at New York University. Since then, she wrote and directed documentaries and short films awarded at festivals worldwide. She also served as second unit director in feature films "Quando la notte" and "Latin Lover" by Cristina Comencini. Her latest documentary Linfa is on Amazon Prime Video Italy. Her documentary Harry's Bar was premiered at Venice Film Festival and was on Netflix Italy from 2017 to 2019.
