Jerico DeAngelo is an award-winning actor, singer, composer, songwriter, art video maker, and multimedia performance artist. He is recognized by the art world for incorporating mystic and occult symbolism into his ritual performance art set to original music. As an actor and performance artist, his work has appeared in video installations at the MoMA (New York City). He has appeared in walk-on roles and principal parts in hundreds of major films over the years, but he enjoys his edgy alternative status for cameo roles in cult classics like Shock' em Dead and 200 Cigarettes. As a songwriter, he has a body of recorded work spanning many decades and has a Grammy Award-nominated credit. DeAngelo is also known by his other names of Jerico of the Angels, Aison, OsiriStar, and Anthony Christian, and he embraces the multi-dimensionality of his brand. The many influences in DeAngelo's work have secured him the title of an "artistic anarchist" by a reporter for Los Angeles Entertainment News. In a 2016 Entertainment News article, DeAngelo refused to label his artistic style. The article quotes him saying, "Once I've defined myself, I've lost myself".
