David Colin, Jr. began acting in an early age. His first film when he was only three was Oliver Hellman's Beyond the Door (Beyond the Door (1974)) in 1974 which was an Exorcist clone about a woman who becomes pregnant with a fetus from the devil. Colin's part was Juliet Mill's son Ken in the film. By 1977, Colin returned to the screen at age six to be in Mario Bava's Beyond the Door II (Shock (1977)). Oddly Colin was not playing his same role as in the first film. Beyond the Door II was almost a completely different sequel to Beyond the Door. Colin portrayed Marco the son of Daria Nicolodi's part in the film. He soon gets possessed by his father and her mother and step father begin to see ghosts and go mad. Colin has not acted in a movie since 1977. Beyond the Door and Beyond the Door II remain his most prolific horror films as a kid star.
