Jack ConCannon played Quarterback in the NFL for the Philadelphia Eagles, who made him their second round draft pick in the 1964 college draft, from (1964-66), Chicago Bears (1967-71), and was out of the NFL for two years before playing with the Green Bay Packers in 1974, and finishing his career with the Detriot Lions in 1975. He was inducted into the Boston College Varsity Hall of Fame in 1973. Not only was ConCannon the starting Quarterback for Boston College, he also played for the school's Baseball and Basketball teams. He played his high school football at Matigan High School, located in Cambridge, Mass. By the time his NFL career had ended, CoCannon had thrown 36 touchdowns, while throwing for 6270 yards on 1110 attempts in which completed 560 of his passes, and he had tossed 63 int's in his career.
