Ximena Cuevas is mainly a video artist, her awarded video arts are part of important permanent collections as MoMa in New York, George Pompidou in Paris and MUAC in Mexico City. She started working in film at the age of 18 and since then has participate in diverse categories even though her biggest passion is editing, for what she was nominated for the Mexican Academy Award in 2017 for the documentary "Beauties of the night".
