Rob Hauschild is a producer, writer and film distributor who grew up steady diet of such magazines as "Famous Monsters of Filmland," and "Fangoria" and was exposed to an insanely eclectic array of movies and TV shows as a kid, including terrifying trips into NYCs the Deuce between the years 1977-1983. Rob is the founder, editor, and publisher of the cult cinema magazine "VeX," which ran for five issues from 1995 to 1999. As a freelance writer Hauschild has penned articles and/or done interviews for an array of publications including "Lunchmeat," " Famous Monsters," "Metal Maniacs," "RAMP," and "Total Movie Magazine," and served as an editorial assistant at Fangoria Magazine . He's a founder, president and owner of the independent movie label Wild Eye Releasing, which was established in 2006, as well as its sister label Visual Vengeance, established in 2022. Rob lives in the New York City area.
