Born in Germany, Wolf Hoffmann is the lead guitarist for power metal band Accept. Accept released their self titled debut album "Accept" in 1979. Between 1979 and 1989 Accept released 8 albums and a live EP: "Accept" (1979), "I'm A Rebel" (1980), "Breaker" (1981), "Restless And Wild" (1982), "Balls To The Wall" (1983), "Metal Heart" (1985), "Kaizoku-Ban" EP (1986), "Russian Roulette" (1986), and "Eat The Heat" (1989). In 1989 Accept decided to break up and the live album "Staying A Life" was released in 1990. After the break up, Wolf got into photography until 1992 when Accept reformed and Wolf of course was part of the reunion. Accept released 3 more studio albums between 1993 and 1996: "Objection Overruled" (1993), "Death Row" (1994), and "Predator" (1996). Accept went on their final tour and in 1997 decided to once again call it a day. Accept released the live "All Area's-Worldwide" in 1998 and also that year released the double disc live album "The Final Chapter" as the supposed final chapter in the book of Accept. After Accept disbanded once more Wolf started his professional photography career. He does mainly advertising and editorial work for magazines. Occasionally he'll do music industry work. Recently in 2003 he took photo's for a book that chronicles the innovations and instruments of the legendary Les Paul. He currently lives on a farm outside of Nashville, Tennessee with his wife Gaby.
