Marianne Hold (born as Marianne Weiss in East Prussia) was a singer, stage and film actress. She made more than 35 films. Some of her best were Ave Maria (1953), Marianne of My Youth (1955), Like Once Lili Marleen (1956) and Die Fischerin vom Bodensee (1956).
