T.G. Finkbinder graduated from Towson High School in Towson, Maryland in 1969. Following graduation from college, T.G. won the juicy lead role as the titular crazed and vicious puritanical religious fanatic psychopath in the brutal, mean-spirited, and controversial 1970's proto-slasher cult favorite "The Redeemer: Son of Satan!". Finkbinder's gloriously ripe, stylized, and theatrical portrayal of the Redeemer should have led to bigger and better things. Alas, this was not to be. T.G. had minor uncredited roles as a Secret Service Agent in "The Greek Tycoon" and as a Senate Aid in "The Seduction of Joe Tynan" (he also worked as Rip Torn's stand-in on this latter picture). His small part in the movie adaptation of the hit 1960's hippie counterculture musical Broadway play "Hair" was cut from the final finished film. Following an embittering experience working as an extra on "F.I.S.T," Finkbinder decided to call it quits as a movie actor. T.G. now works as an English teacher at Walter Johnson High School in Bethesda, Maryland and as the Coordinator for the APEX Scholars Program.
