Godzilla

Godzilla is the ancient king of all monsters, who first emerged in the French Polynesian area of the Pacific Ocean in the year 1954. After destroying Tokyo at that same year, he then chooses to become a hero and battle new monsters and aliens who plan to destroy the world, thus people consider him as the "king of monsters". He has no known biological parents, and / or siblings, in fact he could very well be the first and last of his kind. There is also no indication of what type of dinosaur and / or creature he is, and when he was born. In North America, he most recently appeared in Legendary Studios' "MonsterVerse" movies Godzilla (2014) and Godzilla: King of the Monsters (2019).
