Alejandro de la Madrid is a talented and well-rounded Mexican actor with more than 27 years of experience in the TV, movies, and theater industries. He studied acting, voice, and dancing performance with the best instructors, such as Raúl Quintana, Héctor Mendoza, and Juan Carlos Corazza, among others. His first roles include soap operas such as: 'Tú y Yo,' 'Soñadoras,' 'Locura de Amor,' 'Amigas y Rivales,' 'El Hotel de los Secretos,' and 'Mujeres Asesinas.' In 2004, he became an international actor with leading roles in 'Tormenta de Pasiones,' 'Sinvergüenza,' and 'Luna, la Heredera' in Peru and Colombia. His theater experience includes leading roles in 'La Historia de Hassan,' 'Orgasmos la Comedia,' 'Lobos por Corderos,' 'Enfermos de Amor,' and recently the Mexican versión of 'Perfectos Desconocidos.' In 2016, he produced, as well as starred in 'Memorama,' directed by Javier Angulo. In 2014, he starred Cuatro Lunas, awarded with 'El Cabrito de Plata' in Monterrey (México) Film Festival and also received the Premio Bravo 2015 award for his extraordinary performance in it. Recently, he has participated in successful series for Telemundo and Fox, which are also part of Netflix LATAM content. Some of them are 'Guerra de Idolos,' 'El Señorde los Cielos,' 'Preso No. 1,' and 'José José, el Príncipe de la Canciónin,' which he has the leading role. In the upcoming months, we are going to see him in 'Monarca' (2nd Season), and 'La Templanza' for Amazon Prime. Alejandro has collaborated with various NGO's in diverse social programs as a speaker or promoter for educational, human rights, and animal defense causes.
