Doug Ladret

Doug Ladret was born on November 13, 1961 in Vancouver, Canada, the son of fisherman/logger Alfred Ladret & baker Ellen Ladret. He is an actor & athlete, known for The Cutting Edge (1992), You Must Remember This (1994), Scott Hamilton:Upside Down (1996) and The 1996 Fox Rock 'N Roll Skating Championships (1996). He won a1996-97 Primetime Emmy Awards Honors certificate for his contribution towards Outstanding Choreography for CBS Scott Hamilton: Upside Down (1996). Ladret studied music (percussion) throughout high school and into college before focusing on pairs figure skating full-time. He even started a band with Sean Hosein in 1979 prior to Hosein's music career taking off.
