Mallory Liles

Upon graduation from East Carolina University in 1989, Mallory (Tripp) Liles began a career in the film and television industry as an assistant to film producer Zev Braun. In 1992 he started working for Marvel Entertainment Group in script and film development. Later he would work as an editor in the publishing division reporting directly to Chairman Stan Lee. While at Marvel, Liles work on the initial branding of the Marvel Film brand as well as development of multiple publishing ventures and business acquisitions. In 2000 Liles relocated to Atlanta where he owned Current Communications, a corporate communications company specializing in Alternative Weekly publications and specialized marketing for the health care industry. Additionally, Liles worked as a visual artist having won numerous graphic design awards and was represented by LM Gallery in Atlanta, where paintings were exhibited. He lives in Charlotte working as a painter and writer.
