Paula Irvine started her entertainment career at the tender age of five. During her childhood, she appeared in several musicals, performing as a singer and dancer at the Whimsey Works Theatre in Hollywood, winning the group's best actress award. Soon after that, her sweet voice led her to do voice-over works for several Walt Disney Studios projects, including The Black Hole (1979) and The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh (1977). When Paula was thirteen years old, she began taking professional acting classes in the evenings after school to polish her dramatic skills. Her first appearance on television was for a CBS Schoolbreak Special (1984) with Martin Sheen entitled "My Dissident Mom". From there, followed several notable roles on television including A Year in the Life (1987), Santa Barbara (1984), Bates Motel (1987) and Beverly Hills, 90210 (1990). In 1988, she starred in the role of "Liz" alongside James Le Gros, Reggie Bannister and Angus Scrimm in Phantasm II (1988), the action-packed and long-waited sequel to the 70s horror classic Phantasm (1979). To date, it remains as her most memorable performance, with a strong cult following and praised by Phantasm's fans all over the world. Sadly, her brief appearance in Phantasm III: Lord of the Dead (1994), was limited to some archive footage from the previous installment, inserted on the initial prologue. Ms. Irvine has also co-starred in several feature films including Party Camp (1987) and Doin' Time on Planet Earth (1988).
