Panos Karkanevatos

Panos Karkanevatos is born on October 20, 1962 in Serres Greece. He is a writer, producer and director, known for the feature films "Borderline" (1994), "Earth and Water" (1999), Athanasia", aka "well kept secrets" (2008), and "Riverbanks" (2015). He also produces and directs creative documentaries, "A song for Epirus" (1991) "Breath of Earth" (2003), Pyrgos - Parthenon" (2007), "Gifts to the Gods", aka "Tamata" (2010). He formed the production company Vergi Film Productions in Athens, Greece (1993). His movies are co-produced with European partners, and funds.
