Sophie Keller originally started out in the entertainment industry in front of the camera. She trained at the highly prestigious Central School of Speech and Drama in England, where she carved out a career in television, film and theatre. She has been a series regular on two major television series, starred in films alongside the likes of Julie Walters and Rupert Graves and has performed in numerous theaters in London. She is best known in the U.S. for her leading role in the critically-acclaimed ABC drama, Gideon's Crossing (2000). Sophie has written a short film called "Annabelle's Kiss", a book called "Strip Naked and Strike Gold" and two full-length stage plays. Sophie wrote, co-produced and performed in a one-woman show called "I'd Rather Be Weird Than Dead", that successfully sold-out and transferred to three theaters in the US. She has just finished writing a new stage play called "Lollypop". As Executive Director of Miracle Entertainment, Sophie wrote, produced and co-directed a re-branding campaign for The Discovery Channel - "Change The Rules", which won a Silver Promax Award in New York. She has spent the last year developing an environmental documentary feature film with the Prince of Wales and has also written and directed a pilot for a factual entertainment series called "Sing Britain". Sophie has most recently written and produced four comedy films for Al Gore's "Live Earth" campaign called "Bob and Harry, the Last Two Polar Bears", which she also starred in alongside Harry Shearer, Rip Torn and Lucy Davis.
