Miss Tara Kemp is Born Tara Lesly Kemp in Livemore, California, USA on May 11, 1964 and raised in San Francisco, California, USA through her childhood in The Psychedelic Hippie Movement era. In September 1970, She Goes to School & Graduated in 1982 and going to UC Berkeley and graduated in 1986 and Performed with The San Francisco Orchestra and her career disruptive by The 1989 Earthquake and onto the next year 1990, After Singing The National Anthem at The MLB World Series in April 1990 and signed up for Giant/Warner Brothers Records-A Time-Warner Company to begin her recording musical career with "Hold You Tight" at No. 3 on February 3, 1991 & "Piece of My Heart" at No. 7 on July 20, 1991 and her one & only album of herself this never hit the 40 Billboard Album Chart and through appearances on Radio & Television and now her comeback in 2014. This Year in 2015 She'll Able to Perform Again.
