Tara Milutis is an American writer, filmmaker and journalist based between New York, Istanbul and Bangkok. She's covered political crises and coup d'états, and has told the stories of refugees from across the globe. Focusing on political and human rights issues, as well as ethnic minority culture, she also creates films for the United Nations and has worked in over fourteen countries. She's a graduate of the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University.
