Jeremias Moreira Filho

Mr. Jeremias Moreira was born in Taquaritinga SP, Brazil. He and his wife have a son and a daughter He was one of the first directors to work seriously with a new genre of film known as "sertanejo" (people from the inland). The screenplay of this film was, sometimes, based on a lyrics of a music of the same genre. This genre of music dealt with the man and his problems with the environment where he lives. The love is included. Some films of this genre were made based in celebrated authors. In 1980 he started to work in the advertising market films.
