Jeff Most is the co-founder of Most Media and co-creator, co-showrunner, and executive producer of the action-adventure TV series "Professionals," which stars Tom Welling, Brendan Fraser, Elena Anaya, and Saïd Taghmaoui in its first season. Most began his career on the critically acclaimed independent film "Liquid Sky" before segueing to the film unit at "Saturday Night Live." Most then moved to Los Angeles and wrote, produced, and hosted five seasons of the series "Top 40 Videos" while also serving as writer, producer, and director of a number of syndicated television shows, including "My TV," "Hitmakers," and pre-Grammy specials. As a feature film producer through his Jeff Most Productions banner, Most's first film was "The Specialist," starring Sylvester Stallone, which opened #1 at the box office. He went on to produce "The Crow," starring Brandon Lee, and its sequels "The Crow: City of Angels," "The Crow: Salvation," and "The Crow: Wicked Prayer," which Most also co-wrote, and 2nd-unit directed; as well as the syndicated television series "The Crow: Stairway to Heaven"; he also oversaw the music for the franchise, executive producing the soundtracks, which have sold over 15 million units. Most's many other films include the Emmy Award-winning TV movie "The Courageous Heart of Irena Sendler" and the independent films "Maladies," "The Broken Tower," "Pawn," "Officer Down," "Soldiers of Fortune," "London Fields," "On the Doll," "Edgar Allan Poe's Ligeia," "Ghost Image," "Venice Underground," "Slightly Single in L.A.," and the award-winning coming-of-age comedy "Girl." The son of Revlon and Norton Simon's former general counsel and an author/art gallery owner, Most grew up in New York City and graduated United Nations International High School before studying film at George Washington University's Corcoran School of Art, and then majoring in screenwriting at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts Dramatic Writing Department. Most double majored in film production and graduated from NYU's Gallatin School of Individualized Study. Most, who has five children, lives with his wife and producing partner, Katy Most, (Jekaterina Moste), and their infant son.
