Kyôtarô Namiki was born on December 15, 1902 in Osaka, Osaka, Japan. He was a director and writer, known for Beniya kômori (1936), Tengu kaijô: Kôhen (1932) and Umon torimonochô: Nazo no hachijûhachi-ya (1949). He was married to Kiyoko Tsuji. He died on February 14, 2001 in Japan.
