Lisa Nunziella Alumbra Films Producer/Choreographer A complete dancer and choreographer by the time she became a teenager, Lisa was the constant companion of her mother as they frequented the many Salsa nightclubs in New York City. Her extraordinary physical skills opened doors for her as a dancer not easily attainable for most. By the 1980's it wasn't a surprise to those who knew her that she had competed and won the biggest television cash prize on the forbearer to shows like "American Idol" and "Dancing With The Stars", a show entitled "Star Search", hosted by Tonight Show with Johnny Carson co-host Ed McMahon. Soon after she works with director/choreographer Kenny Ortega on the television version of the classic motion picture "Dirty Dancing". After stints on "The Fresh Prince Of Bel Air" "Beverly Hills 90210," and many others, the doors burst open and Lisa found herself starring in mega shows in Las Vegas and Europe. Soon Hollywood beckoned and when director Chuck Russell needed someone to stunt double for Cameron Diaz in the now iconic jitterbug dance sequence with superstar comic actor Jim Carrey in "The Mask", it was Lisa Nunziella he called. The same applied when David Zucker needed her special acrobatic skills in "Naked Gun 21/2". Her skills as a dancer lent perfectly to the artistic wishes of such music superstars as Earth, Wind & Fire, Cher, Babyface and Steve Winwood. Her visual genius did not go unnoticed by another visual savant, Prince. Where she danced beautifully in the music video of his classic song "Diamonds and Pearls". Now a businesswoman of considerable artistic vision and drive, she partners with filmmaker Franc. Reyes, (Empire, Illegal Tender), himself a former dancer/choreographer who toured Europe with Lisa, and Alumbra Films is born. Now fully prepared to bring her strengths to the production side of the camera, it will be no surprise to those who have experienced Lisa Nunziella that success will surely follow.
